"My name is Stephanie and I currently play flanker for Cornell Women's Rugby. I started playing rugby when I was a sophomore in high school and absolutely loved it. Playing in high school was a great introduction to rugby. I mostly played flyhalf and inside center and I was captain for two years. In my senior year, my team ended up going to Nationals and we ended up getting second place in our division. I also played on the Washington/Oregon select side and we played Southern California and won. When I came to Cornell, I knew I would continue playing rugby because I couldn't imagine it any other way. Having played in high school, I got to start playing on Cornell's A-side right away. It was overall an awesome experience."
